Sue has been in the insurance industry since 1985 and specializes in personal lines. In her free time, Sue loves to spend time with her husband, 2 daughters, son and 5 grandchildren. She also enjoys cooking, walking, reading, spending time with friends and traveling.
Ashton joined Innovative Insurance in 2020. A North Dakota native, she moved to Minnesota to be closer to her nieces and nephew. In her free time, she enjoys baking, watching her nephew’s baseball games and spending time with family and friends.
Sandy joined Innovative Insurance in 2022. Throughout her career, she seeks out roles that blend her love of teaching, problem solving, and helping others. She loves to spend time with her family, friends, and dog. She loves strategy games, playing cards, a good comedy, and plants.
Mike has been in the insurance industry since 2009 specializing in personal lines sales and service. He lives in Shakopee and has been involved with both the youth and high school football programs for over a decade. In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing, camping in the Boundary Waters with his boys and football.

Tim has worked in the health insurance and employee benefits field since 1998. He looks forward to assisting you with your health, dental, vision and Medicare benefits. Tim is a certified broker/agent for MNSure and Medicare plans. A veteran of the US Navy, in his spare time, he enjoys amateur wrestling, live theater, participating in charity work, and reading.

Carmen joined the Innovative Insurance team in 2019. After raising five children, Carmen returned to work full-time in 1999. In her spare-time she and her husband, Charlie, enjoy traveling and being with family and friends. She especially loves spoiling her grandchildren.

Tim began his career in insurance as an agent with Farmers Insurance. In 2010, he started his independent agent career as an Agency Producer with Innovative Insurance. Previous to his insurance career, Tim owned and operated a small mortgage brokerage company, and was a board member and past president of the Minnesota Mortgage Association.
